Meru County's Public Water Utility
Meru County Rural Water and Sanitation Company Limited (MeRuWASCO) is a public water utility wholly owned by the Meru County Government. We were established under the Water Act 2016 to manage, operate, and expand water and sanitation services in rural areas of Meru County.
Through nine operational water schemes, we serve thousands of households, schools, health facilities, and businesses — contributing to improved public health, economic productivity, and quality of life.
